Child Stars

After the family soaps that ruled the small screen for over a decade, it is now the time for the child stars to take center stage. Colors, the new entertainment channel has in a very short span of time become one of most popular destinations for scores of television audience. And the shows that have been instrumental in helping the channel rise above others in the competitive landscape are those with highly talented child stars. The sheer acting talent of the children is seriously commendable. Their talent clearly rises above many senior and established actors. The spontaneity of these actors is the glue that holds lacs of audience together before their television sets. Such talent was not so common in yesteryear's. While there were talented child stars even then they were very few and far in between. As we have evolved and as technology has played the role of a fantastic enabler, our children have started to mature much faster than what us. Quite evidently this is just another sign that as we move ahead in time, the youth will steer us into a new dawn.
