Stephan Covey on decision making in trying times

Just read a piece from Stephan Covey on decision making in trying times such as these. Nice read as it is pertinent for all of us. I am in complete agreement with the management guru. Often the leaders take unilateral decisions on behalf of their organizations in order to revive it. However, decisions which are taken unilaterally without consulting others instead of solving proves to be the perfect recipe for disaster. It takes a courageous leadership to stand tall and confront organizational problems. And one needs a courageous leader to tide over rough seas.
